Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Mill / Lathe Operator, Setup or Programmer to join our manufacturing team. All experience levels are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Operate CNC milling machines and lathes, including CNC G-code programming and M-code adjustments to produce complex parts Set up machines by installing tooling, fixtures, and workpieces according to specifications Interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately to ensure proper machining procedures Use precision measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines for quality inspection Perform machine calibration, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance to maintain optimal operation Read and analyze blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and manufacturing specifications for each job Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software tools for programming and part development Conduct manual machining tasks when necessary using hand tools, grinders, power tools, and manual lathes or mills Ensure compliance with lean manufacturing principles by maintaining efficient workflow and minimizing waste Document production data, quality checks, and machine setup procedures diligently for traceability Join our team as a CNC Machinist if you are eager to craft high-quality components through innovative machining techniques!
