CNC Machinist/Programmer We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team in Alliance, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a strong background in programming and operating CNC machines. In this role, you'll be responsible for all aspects of CNC machining, from programming to machine setup and operation. Hours 1st Shift M-F 7am-330pm Pay $25.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Program CNC machines using GibbsCAM Operate CNC Mills or Lathes safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Determine the sequence of operations and recommend tooling Perform machine setup and make program edits for optimal machining performance Work from start to finish on machining projects Minimum Requirements At least 5 years' experience programming GibbsCAM CNC Minimum of 2 years' experience operating CNC Mills or Lathes Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings Strong understanding of G-Code programming Experience working in a high-mix, job shop environment Nice to Have Skills Experience with 2D CAD and SolidWorks Knowledge of tooling and machining processes Preferred Education and Experience Technical training or certification in CNC machining or related field (preferred but not mandatory) Other Requirements Must be able to work on-site Metalworking or manufacturing certifications preferred Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Direct Deposit Weekly Pay More benefits available once hired in Ready to take the next step in your career? and join a team that values experience and craftsmanship.
