SHIFT CNC PROGRAMMER/OPERATOR
Starting at $25/HR — Pay Based on Experience Put your CNC skills to work. IB-Tech is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator to program, set up, and operate Haas CNC milling equipment while producing high-quality precision components.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Program, set up & operate Haas CNC mills Create and modify CNC programs Read blueprints, GD&T & technical drawings Perform machine setups & tooling changes Inspect parts using precision measuring tools Troubleshoot machining & programming issues Maintain quality & production records Support process improvements
WHAT YOU BRING
1+ year CNC programming & machining experience Haas CNC mill experience preferred Fanuc controls experience preferred Strong blueprint & GD&T reading skills Mechanical aptitude & attention to detail Ability to use precision measuring tools Basic computer skills; Excel a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
