Shift:

Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm + Overtime as needed - No weekends

Pay:

$25.00-$35.00/hr Based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Program 5-axis machines for creating fiberglass patterns and tools Create and modify CNC programs using IGES file in MasterCam Design and build pattern structures to be machined including laying out and cutting various materials using tools such as saws and grinders Responsible for machine setup Responsible for cutting of patterns, both rough cuts and finish cuts Check dimensions of patterns Assist maintenance techs with troubleshooting machines as needed Other general machinist related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED Technical trade education or Associates Degree preferred 3+ years' experience working as CNC Mill Programmer Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Working knowledge of MasterCam Working knowledge of SolidWorks 3D CAD software Skilled in Microsoft Office Strong math skills
