401(k) with company match Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Employer-paid Short-Term Disability Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid vacation & holidays Annual bonus opportunities Tuition reimbursement What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills and machining equipment Program and optimize machining processes using Fusion 360 Manufacture precision tooling, fixtures, gauges, and custom components Build custom gages and fixtures to tight tolerances Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings Hold tight tolerances and maintain high-quality standards Troubleshoot machining and programming issues independently Maintain equipment and keep a clean, safe workspace What We're Looking For We're seeking experienced machinists who take ownership of their work and can work independently while contributing to a strong team environment.
