Job Function:
Program, Setup and Operate CNC Vertical and Horizontal machining centers utilizing G-Code programing. Program, Setup and Operate CNC Turning centers utilizing G-code programing. Select proper tooling to machine components as needed. Read and understand machining prints Identify worn tooling in order to replace or adjust offsets. Machine components to customer supplied prints and tolerances. Utilize measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers etc. to check machined components. -Machine components to better than +/- .002 tolerances.
Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC programming and machining. Proven ability to Program at the machine utilizing G-Code Programing. Proven ability to measure parts with common metrology equipment. Ability to follow direction to achieve shop goals. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take ownership. Available to work overtime if needed. Considered a
