MRO Built is hiring a CNC Programmer experienced with HOMAG routers, Router‑CIM, WoodWOP, and architectural millwork. We are expanding our engineering and CNC programming capabilities to support growing demand in custom architectural millwork, commercial interiors, and specialty manufacturing. This role is ideal for a mid-level or senior CNC programmer who enjoys improving machining quality, solving production challenges, and collaborating with engineering and shop-floor teams. On-site is preferred, but hybrid work may be available. Relocation considered. HOMAG CNC

routers (CENTATEQ) and drilling equipment using Router‑CIM, WoodWOP, and Cut Rite Convert engineering drawings and models into efficient CNC programs Optimize nesting and material usage for maximum yield Develop and maintain tooling libraries and machining standards Support operators with setup, troubleshooting, and first-article verification Reduce machining errors and improve cycle times through program refinement Collaborate with engineering on new product development and ECO changes Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 3-10 years CNC programming experience in architectural millwork and/or casework Router‑CIM and/or WoodWOP experience Familiarity with

Ability to read engineering drawings Strong understanding of millwork fabrication methods, materials and machining

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per hour
