Full Time, Direct Hire 1st Shift Solon, Ohio Our client is a high precision aerospace job shop looking to add a CNC Lathe Programmer to their team. This role supports low volume, high complexity work where accuracy, repeatability, and attention to detail are critical. Parts are small, geometrically complex, and require tight tolerance control.

This is a hands on programming role that works closely with machining and setup teams in a clean, climate controlled environment.
