• Full-time We are hiring a CNC Process Technician to support production across machining, stamping, robotics, and assembly.

This is not an operator role. This position is a hands-on technical resource responsible for setups, tooling, troubleshooting, and G-code edits to keep machines running and parts within specification. What You'll Do Set up CNC machines (mills and VTLs) Edit and adjust G-code programs Manage tooling, monitor wear, and make adjustments Use CMM/inspection data to maintain tolerances Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues Work with Maintenance, Engineering, Toolroom, and Quality What We're Looking For CNC setup experience Ability to read and edit G-code Strong tooling knowledge and troubleshooting ability Experience using precision measuring equipment Ability to work independently and solve problems on the floor Why This Role High-impact, non-operator position with real ownership Variety of equipment and processes Stable manufacturing environment Competitive pay and benefits
