Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM

• 3:30 PM We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist with extensive experience with Mazak.

This is a role for a very experienced CNC machinist who can independently set up, program, and run jobs from print to completion with no supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently program, set up, and operate CNC machines Perform full setups including tooling installation, material loading, and offset adjustments Program and operate Mazak lathes (Mazatrol and/or G-code) Program Haas mills using G-code and/or CAM software such as Mastercam Verify dimensions and ensure part quality using precision measuring instruments Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize programs for efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of CNC machining experience Proven ability to independently set up and program CNC equipment (highest skill level) Experience with Mazak lathes and Haas Automation mills Proficiency in Mastercam and Mazak (Mazatrol) programming Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Must have own basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) and hand tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Qualifications:

Capable of working independently with no supervision Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to take a job from print to finished part
