The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, including hands-on experience with G-code and manual layouts . This individual must be able to read and interpret blueprints, develop accurate machining programs, and ensure parts are produced to specifications in a heavy-industrial manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Create, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs using G-code. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Develop and interpret manual layouts for machining operations. Determine appropriate tooling, machining sequences, and cutting parameters. Work with CNC machine operators to ensure programs run accurately and efficiently. Inspect finished parts to verify dimensional accuracy and quality standards. Identify programming errors and make necessary adjustments. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications Previous experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong working knowledge of G-code programming. Experience with manual layouts and blueprint interpretation. Ability to read and interpret measurements, tolerances, and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
