$28-38/hr BlueWorx is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join a precision manufacturing team in Tulsa. In this role, you will turn engineering drawings and product concepts into accurate CNC programs that support high-quality production. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving complex machining challenges, working with advanced CAM systems, and collaborating with machinists and engineers to improve manufacturing processes. Position Overview The CNC Programmer develops and maintains CNC programs used to machine precision components. This role focuses on creating efficient, reliable programs that meet production requirements, quality standards, and machining tolerances. Key Responsibilities Write CNC programs using Mazatrol, ESPRIT CAM, and manual programming methods Develop programs that meet drawing tolerances, quality standards, and production timelines Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and consistency Utilize operational knowledge of NC machines to ensure reliable performance Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve processes Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings Use precision measuring and inspection tools to verify part accuracy Support production teams by resolving programming or machining issues Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required Technical or vocational education in machining or manufacturing preferred 1-5 years of CNC programming experience in a precision machining environment Relevant technical training may substitute for direct experience Skills & Knowledge Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations and programming Experience with Mazatrol and CAM systems (ESPRIT preferred) Proficiency with precision measuring and inspection tools Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality Physical Requirements Approximately 80% of the day working at a computer workstation Occasional bending, squatting, and light lifting Ability to move between areas of a manufacturing facility as needed #LightI
