SUMMARY:

Responsible for the programming and operating of computer numeric controlled production equipment.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. Level 1 person is currently in training to demonstrate abilities in specific skills listed and has not mastered all to a level of performing all without assistance as determined by the lead and supervisor.

Maintains all machining equipment to required levels. 3. Recommends tool replacement and inventory levels. 4. Recommends raw material stocking. 5. Performs audit on outside machined products. 6.

Coordinates delivery schedule for:

a. Tooling Fixtures b. In process machining c. Raw material 7. Recommends equipment purchase and upgrades to improve cost, quality, and yields. 8. Maintains a safe working environment by following safety rules and regulations.
