First Shift | Monday

  • Thursday | 5 AM
  • 3:30 PM | $27
  • 33/hour Weekend Shift | Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 5:00 AM-5:30 PM | $33.75

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Program CNC equipment from 3D models, technical drawings, and engineering documentation using CAM software. Perform machining calculations, including speeds, feeds, tooling selection, and material considerations. Develop efficient multi-operation machining programs to support production needs. Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure quality requirements are met. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation for production personnel. Assist with tooling selection, procurement, and process planning. Troubleshoot machining and production issues effectively. Inspect finished products and identify defects, out-of-tolerance conditions, or quality concerns. Support production schedules and meet established manufacturing goals. Collaborate with operators to ensure quality and process consistency. Operate CNC machinery when needed to support production. Assist with machine maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to manufacturing methods, tooling development, and programming standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Accurately record labor, material usage, and production activities. Resolve material and production issues as they arise. Support departmental objectives related to safety, quality, teamwork, delivery, and cost. Share knowledge, assist with training, and support team development. Take ownership of work performance and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Participate in meetings, training, and other assigned duties as needed Required Experience 1-3 years of CNC programming experience or 5+ years of machining experience. Required Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills. Experience with CAD/CAM software preferred. Working knowledge of G-code and M-code programming. CNC milling programming experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to work extended hours, overtime, and flexible schedules as required. Education Requirements High school diploma, GED, or trade school certification.
