Job Description

Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer with hands on programming experience to drive programming and support efficient production on the shop floor.
What You'll Do:
Create and optimize CNC programs from AutoCAD, Inventor, and sketches Develop cutting paths, tooling, and layouts for turret punch and sheet metal operations Troubleshoot and refine programs to improve quality, accuracy, and throughput Build and maintain routings, job packets, and shop floor documentation Partner with production to meet deadlines and improve processes
What You Bring:
CNC programming experience in sheet metal fabrication (turret punch preferred) Proficiency with AutoCAD and interpreting engineering drawings Strong understanding of geometry and fabrication processes Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Pay:
$35.00 - $42.00 per hour
