25/hr Build Programs. Solve Problems. Drive Production. We're looking for a skilled CNC Programmer who enjoys taking a part from concept to production. In this role, you'll create and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, troubleshoot machining challenges, improve manufacturing processes, and work closely with operators to ensure quality and efficiency. If you have CNC programming experience and enjoy working in a precision manufacturing environment, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Create CNC programs from 3D models, blueprints, and engineering drawings

Develop efficient milling and machining strategies using CAM software

Calculate feeds, speeds, tooling requirements, and machining parameters

Troubleshoot program, tooling, and production issues

Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications

Support process improvements that increase quality and productivity

Assist with tooling selection, setup planning, and manufacturing documentation

Inspect finished parts and ensure quality standards are met

Collaborate with machinists and operators to drive successful production runs

Operate CNC equipment as needed to support manufacturing What We're Looking For Required 1-3 years of CNC programming experience OR 5+ years of CNC machining experience

Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings

Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code programming

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

High school diploma, GED, or trade school certification Preferred CAD/CAM software experience

CNC milling programming experience

GD&T knowledge
