100% company-paid medical insurance for employee Adecco Search is recruiting an experienced CNC Machinist for a direct-hire opportunity with a customer-driven, full-service job shop in Northampton, PA. This is NOT a production environment. If you enjoy variety, challenging projects, and working on different jobs rather than repeating the same production run, this could be a great opportunity. What You'll Do Program, set up, and operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers and Horizontal Boring Mills Prove out and debug CNC programs Edit programs and provide feedback for improvements Interpret and efficiently program G-code Work independently with minimal supervision Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail Work overtime as needed to meet customer demands What We're Looking For 3+ years of CNC Machining experience Experience with Fanuc and/or Mazak controls Strong G-code programming, editing, and troubleshooting skills Ability to set up and operate CNC equipment independently Self-motivated and dependable Mastercam experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits $62,400+ salary, based on experience 100% company-paid Highmark Blue Shield medical insurance for the employee Only $20/week per dependent for medical coverage Paid vacation Paid holidays Dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match Direct-hire, full-time opportunity Variety of work and challenging projects Overtime opportunities Why This Opportunity?
