CNC Programmer (Wood Workshop) Philadelphia, PA (Commutable from: Norristown, Chester, Wilmington, Cherry Hill, Levittown, King of Prussia) $30 - $38 per hour + 4-Day Work Week (Mon-Thurs) + Overtime + Training & Progression + Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced CNC Programmer from a wood shop background, looking to become a technical expert within a highly skilled team, while enjoying a 4-day work week, overtime opportunities, and long-term career progression? In this hands-on role, you'll work as a key technical specialist within the woodshop, programming and operating advanced CNC machines to support the fabrication of one-of-a-kind architectural millwork and furniture products. This role is ideal for a CNC Programmer who enjoys variety, precision work, and wants to grow into a senior technical or lead role within a stable, highly respected company.

The role:

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines Read and interpret shop drawings, CAD models, and technical blueprints Support the fabrication of high-end cabinetry, furniture, and architectural millwork 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5:00pm) with overtime available The person: Experience operating and programming CNC routers in a wood shop environment Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Cabinet Vision, Alphacam, or similar Experience with wide-belt sanders, beam saws, shapers, or similar equipment is a plus
