$26-$30/hour Essential Skills Proven experience programming and operating

HAAS CNC

milling machines, including direct

HAAS CNC

mill setup. Hands-on CNC programming experience using Autodesk Fusion 360, including use of the appropriate post processor. Experience with Fanuc controls, including the ability to perform G code programming at the machine on applicable equipment. Ability to read and interpret engineering and manufacturing drawings with a working knowledge of GD&T. Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC grinding machines and related shop equipment. Strong understanding of machining parameters such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut. Ability to use precision tools such as edge finders, indicators, probes, and standard measuring instruments to verify part conformance. Demonstrated ability to follow written instructions and blueprint specifications accurately. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate part counts and data entry. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience operating cylindrical, surface, and pedestal grinders. Familiarity with custom CNC grinding and fabrication equipment used in the production of machine saw and knife blades. Comfort working with semi-automatic and automatic numerically controlled machine tools. Ability to support mechanical assembly and final build of custom equipment from engineering drawings. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address machining issues and equipment malfunctions. Ability to work effectively within a smaller, collaborative shop team. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Red Lion, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $62400.00/yr.
