CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and running CNC machines independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (HAAS or similar) Run jobs from setup to completion independently Produce precision parts based on drawings and tolerances Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T Troubleshoot machining and production issues Maintain a clean and organized workspace Suggest improvements in tooling and processes Communicate material and tooling needs

Requirements:

3+ years of CNC machining experience (programming & setup required) Experience with HAAS controls or similar systems Familiarity with CAM software (Fusion 360, Mastercam, etc.) Strong understanding of tools, materials, speeds, and feeds Ability to use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Doosan/DNS lathe experience Fanuc controls experience

Pay:

$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
