The CNC Programmer creates and optimizes CNC programs for milling and turning operations. This role supports tooling, fixturing, program prove-out, and operator coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and repeatable machining.Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in CNC programming within a machining or industrial manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience creating and optimizing CNC programs for both milling and turning operations. Experience with multi-axis and/or multi-tool CNC machines preferred. Strong understanding of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, work holding, and fixturing methods. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining requirements. Location- Wausau/Schofield, Wisconsin area. Position requires U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency (Green Card) due to ITAR compliance.
