CNC Technician Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the Upstate South Carolina area, is seeking an experienced CNC Technician/CNC Machinist to join their team! 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 3rd

11:00 PM - 7:00

AM Overtime:

8-16 hours per week. Weekend coverage is currently required. Operate and set up CNC mills and lathes in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Work with Fanuc-controlled machining centers. Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offset adjustments. Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary equipment adjustments. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T specifications. Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools. Monitor production processes to ensure parts meet quality standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

CNC Technician Qualifications:

Previous CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment is required. CNC mill and lathe operation experience. Fanuc controls experience strongly preferred. Previous CNC setup experience, including offsets, tool changes, and adjustments. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools. Understanding of GD&T and production quality standards. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience machining aluminum components is preferred. Automotive or high-volume precision manufacturing experience is preferred. Zing Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
