Job Description
CNC Programmer - Medical Devices Turn Code into Life-Changing Parts If you're a CNC Programmer who sweats the details and likes knowing your work ends up in a patient—not a scrap bin—this is the kind of role that actually means something. You'll be programming complex CNC equipment for precision medical components, helping a team that lives and breathes quality, innovation, and doing things the right way the first time. What You'll Do Create and maintain multi-axis CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (experience with Vericut or UG/Mastercam optimization tools is a plus).

Develop machining processes:
choose workholding, cutting tools, tool layouts, speeds/feeds, and push for smart standardization. Prove out programs on the machine, dial them in, and update code as needed for safety, quality, and efficiency. Write clear work instructions and support operator training and machining process validations. Partner closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Product Development, and shop personnel to get new and existing parts running smoothly in a regulated environment. Identify and implement cost and cycle-time improvements, and help design jigs, fixtures, and special tooling for CNC applications. Ensure programming file management and practices meet strict quality system requirements. Act as a subject-matter expert and mentor for other programmers and machinists. What Makes You a Fit Solid hands-on foundation: CNC machining, manual machining, metal finishing/grinding, and assembly. Strong working knowledge of CAD/CAM and comfort working from 3D models.Education:
High school diploma/GED with at least 5 years CNC programming (including 3+ years on CAD/CAM), or Associate's/Technical degree with 3+ years related experience. Experience in a regulated production environment is a big plus. Multi-axis mill/turn and robotic experience are strong bonuses.
