The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in operating CNC machines. This role involves interpreting blueprints, setting up machinery, and ensuring the production of high-quality components. The CNC Machinist will play a critical role in maintaining efficiency and precision in our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements. Program jobs in Gibbscam. Set up tooling and fixtures for machining operations, ensuring proper alignment and calibration. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively throughout the production process. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished products using bore gauges and other measuring tools to verify adherence to quality standards. Assemble components as needed, following detailed assembly instructions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
