ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reads and interprets blueprints HAAS Lathe and Mill Machines Gibbs Cam (Panels) Properly and safely loads and unloads castings and raw materials in CNC machinery. Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements Understands, interprets, edits G-code programming and ISO stander Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling Ability to setup, program, operate and troubleshoot CNC Lathes and Mills without assistance. Ability to reduce setup time and machining through process improvements Ability to move or transfer products with an overhead crane. Ability to lift 50 lbs. when required. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. Ability to work in a collaborative environment Ability to adhere to company safety standards Ability to work to customer specifications Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery Assists in the organization and maintenance of the machine shop work environment. Utilizes and abides by ISO requirements and safety procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong knowledge with Metal/Steel 2+ years minimum experience and knowledge in a Machine shop Must be able to work in all inclement weather conditions (Cold & Heat) Work well under pressure (Rush Jobs) Ability to run two or more machine at a time Ability to walk, stand, crouch, bend, kneel, lift, carry, reach as needed in large and tight spaces Minimum formal education, experience, and training #
