• Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software and G-code.
• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Perform first-piece inspections and ensure all finished parts meet strict quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues with confidence and speed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of programs, setups, and production runs.
• Follow all safety protocols and keep your workspace clean and organized.
