$22.25-26.25/hr DOE Are you a precision-driven professional with a passion for CNC machining and programming? RPM Staffing is seeking a CNC Machinist & Programmer to join our dynamic team in a role that blends technical expertise with hands-on production excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software and G-code.
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
Select and install tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job.
Perform first-piece inspections and ensure all finished parts meet strict quality standards.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues with confidence and speed.
Maintain detailed documentation of programs, setups, and production runs.
Follow all safety protocols and keep your workspace clean and organized.
