Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam skills and a solid job shop machining background.
Responsibilities:
Program CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam Develop tooling, fixturing, and machining strategies Create setup sheets and manufacturing documentation Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T Optimize cycle times and improve machining processes Troubleshoot production issues and support machinists during setup Work with management on quoting, manufacturability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
2+ years CNC programming experience Advanced Mastercam proficiency Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, speeds, and feeds Experience with CNC mills and lathes Ability to read blueprints and GD&T Self-starter who requires minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and communication skills
