Job Description
CNC Machinist / Programmer Level 2 is an advanced-level role responsible for programming complex parts and assemblies using Mastercam, while serving as a subject matter expert in machining strategy, tooling selec tion, and process op tmiza tion. This position goes beyond basic programming by owning the full programming lifecycle—from concept through production—ensuring efficiency, repeatability, and quality. The Level 2 Programmer plays a key role in mentoring Level 1 programmers, suppor ting machinists, and driving continuous improvement across machining opera tions.
