EAP ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a CNC Programmer for an aerospace manufacturing company which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in 5-axis CNC programming and machining operations looking to further their career in aerospace manufacturing. Program and optimize CNC code for 5-axis machining of complex aerospace components using engineering drawings and technical specifications Set up, run, and troubleshoot CNC equipment independently while maintaining quality and dimensional accuracy Develop, modify, and validate CNC programs; interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to improve machining processes and production efficiency

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of aerospace machining and CNC programming experience with extensive background in 5-axis CNC operations Proven expertise in independent programming, setup, and troubleshooting of complex aerospace components; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications Strong technical acumen with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously on machining projects
