Job Summary:

We are in search of an experienced professional to join our high-performing fabrication team in Auburn, WA. Our team specializes in aerospace structural production, and this position is pivotal in driving the NC programming and machining strategy for complex multi-axis parts. Join us to optimize workflows and enhance the quality of commercial airplane components.

Responsibilities:

Create, verify, and revise machine control data for multi-axis CNC machines, primarily 5-axis. Develop robust NC programs by interpreting engineering drawings and manufacturing requirements. Collaborate with various departments to optimize cycle times and address manufacturability concerns. Lead troubleshooting and iterating programs based on inspections and shop-floor feedback.

Required:

7+ years of NC programming experience for production machining. Proficiency in

CATIA V5 NC

programming and NC simulation tools such as Vericut. Experience in programming 5-axis CNC machines for aerospace parts.
