The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of CNC programming experience in aerospace and 5+ years of hands-on Mastercam experience. Along with strong CNC machining, setup, and control-editing skills. This is a Full Time, Direct Hire role that is fully onsite.

Aerospace Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior CNC Programmer to develop and optimize complex machining processes for high-mix aerospace production. This hands-on role supports 3

• 4• and 5-axis mills, CNC mill-turn equipment, and CNC lathes while improving quality, cycle time, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Develop, test, debug, and revise CNC programs using G-code, M-code, and Mastercam. Create and maintain setup sheets, tool lists, program files, and job documentation. Optimize feeds, speeds, tooling, and toolpaths to reduce cycle time and production costs. Review drawings and specifications to select machining methods, tools, fixtures, and parameters. Support machinists on the shop floor with program prove-outs, troubleshooting, and process improvements. Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production to ensure parts meet blueprint and GD&T requirements. Qualifications 5+ years of CNC programming experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing. 5+ years of hands-on Mastercam experience; Catia or SolidWorks experience is preferred. Experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis Experience with following metals Inconel, Titanium, Stainless Steel, and various Ferrous and Copper Alloys, various Aluminum Alloys, Delrin, Nylon, and other non-metallic materials. Strong CNC machining, setup, and control-editing skills. Experience machining materials such as Inconel, titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and engineered plastics. Ability to interpret technical drawings, apply GD&T, and use precision measuring tools. Strong organization, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Must be a U.S. citizen.
