What You'll Be Doing As a CNC Operator / Programmer, you'll play an important role in keeping production moving safely and efficiently by: Setting up, operating, and programming CNC equipment. Reading blueprints and production drawings to produce accurate parts. Making program adjustments and machine offsets to maintain quality. Performing quality checks throughout production. Safely moving and handling finished materials. Working closely with the production team to keep projects on schedule. Helping identify ways to improve efficiency and workflow. What You Bring Experience operating CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment. CNC programming experience. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments. Forklift experience (Preferred). Experience with stone, wood, metal, or other CNC manufacturing environments (Preferred).
