CNC Programmer:
Develop and optimize CNC machining programs based on blueprints and technical drawings Analyze job orders to determine tooling, sequencing, and machining processes Test and validate CNC programs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and product quality Maintain organized CNC program and router databases by machine and process Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and setup issues to minimize downtime Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and standardize best practices Support Lean manufacturing initiatives and conduct time studies to improve efficiency What You Need to Bring to the
CNC Programmer Role:
2-4+ years of CNC programming experience or relevant technical education (Machine Tool Technology or Engineering) Proficiency with CNC programming software (Mastercam preferred) Strong blueprint reading skills, including GD&T knowledge Experience with machining calculations and precision measurement tools Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement principles preferred Ability to communicate effectively and support/train team members Ready to Apply?
