Overview Join our dynamic team as a Painter and bring vibrant visions to life across residential, commercial, and renovation projects! Responsibilities Experience preffered, but willing to train Prepare surfaces meticulously through sanding, plastering, caulking, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion and durability Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying and conventional spraying), and other hand tools with accuracy and efficiency Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to execute painting projects precisely according to specifications Perform structural painting tasks on various surfaces such as stucco, masonry, concrete, and fixtures during new construction or renovation projects Use ladders safely for elevated work while following all safety regulations and protocols including proper respiratory protection when necessary Conduct surface testing for color matching using visual color comparison techniques and ensure consistent coating quality across all projects Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling disposal of materials and tools while adhering to safety guidelines Requirements Proven experience in construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting, or related fields with a strong understanding of surface preparation and coating application Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless), brushes, rollers, and scaffolding systems such as ladders Knowledge of safety regulations specific to construction sites including respiratory protection and safe handling of hazardous materials Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and renovation plans accurately Familiarity with construction estimating processes and basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating material needs Experience with plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, welding basics, or fixture installation is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail with excellent visual color comparison skills for precise color matching in various environments Valid construction site experience with an understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work safely at heights using ladders or scaffolding while maintaining adherence to all safety protocols Join us if you're passionate about transforming spaces through expert painting techniques!
