The successful candidate will take the initiative to increase our production flow while reducing our total cost of manufacturing. Our operations are one of the largest in the West, with a diverse customer base throughout the military, medical, aerospace, commercial, industrial, and semiconductor industries.   • Military and Industrial paint finishing with a focus on CARC (Chem. Agent Resistant Coating)
  • Maximum efficiency using assigned resources in the daily manufacturing process
  • Oversee painting operation from cleaning and prep thru baking to ensure accurate documentation and record keeping
  • Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management, and customers
  • Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly Knowledge, Skills, abilities
  • 10 yrs industrial or military painting and/or powder coat experience
  • CARC (Chem. Agent Resistant Coating) experience preferred
  • Skill to create and follow schedules
  • Ability to lead painters, powder coaters, leads, inspectors, and helpers
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and carry loads of 40+ lbs.
