Job description Cem-Tec is currently looking for a skilled Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team. We are seeking a committed, detail-driven professional who takes pride in their work. Responsibilities:

Prepare and coat metal and other surfaces using a powder coating process. Inspect products for defects before and after coating. Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, ensuring proper functioning. Mix and apply the correct powder coating materials for each job. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work closely with other team members to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in powder coating. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Knowledge of safety practices in industrial environments. Ability to operate machinery and perform basic maintenance on equipment. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Must be able to stand for vast majority of a shift and work outside in extreme weather conditions Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
