ELITE PAINTER / SPRAY SPECIALIST

We're not looking for a typical painter. We're looking for a well-rounded professional—someone who can produce flawless cabinet finishes AND turn around clean, efficient interior and exterior jobs. If you can spray like a pro, understand stain + clear coats, and still move with speed on interior and exteriors… this is for you. What You'll Be Doing Spray finishing cabinets, doors, trim, and built-ins (fine finish work) Applying stain + polyurethane / clear coats Spraying exterior homes (stucco, siding, trim, fascia, etc.) Running airless + HVLP systems depending on the job Masking, prep, sanding, and detail work at a high level Switching between precision work and production work without sacrificing quality What We Expect Strong spray experience (this is NOT entry-level) Comfortable spraying: Cabinets (fine finish) Exterior homes (production + control)

Understanding of:

Tip sizes, pressure control, fan patterns Back-rolling when needed (stucco) Avoiding runs, striping, and overspray issues Experience with stain + clear coats (polyurethane, water/oil-based finishes) Clean, organized, professional on job sites Takes pride in producing top-tier work

Bonus Points If You:
