We are looking for an experienced Painting Technician to join our manufacturing team . We are looking for someone with industrial painting experience who understands the complete painting process from surface preparation and paint mixing to spray application, finishing, and quality inspection. What You'll Do Prepare plastic parts for painting through sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming. Mix and match paints and coatings according to specifications. Operate spray guns and other painting equipment. Apply paint and coatings to achieve consistent, high-quality finishes. Inspect finished parts for defects such as runs, uneven coverage, color variation, or contamination. Adjust application techniques and processes as needed. Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot paint guns and related equipment. Track and maintain paint and material inventory. Follow all safety, ventilation, and environmental procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work independently and with the production team to meet quality and production goals. What We're Looking For Industrial painting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience painting plastic parts or working in a plastic molding/thermoforming environment is a strong plus. Experience with spray guns and professional painting equipment. Strong knowledge of surface preparation, masking, priming, and finishing. Ability to mix and match paint accurately. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to identify and correct painting/finishing issues. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods. Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.
