Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, airless sprayers, or other power tools with precision and care Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately Follow safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a secure working environment Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use Skills Strong knowledge of commercial painting techniques and materials Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise application Skilled in using hand tools such as caulking guns, putty knives; proficient with power tools including airless paint sprayers, drills & sanders Familiarity with construction site safety standards and protocols Experience in commercial painting, industrial painting, or restoration projects is a plus Ability to work efficiently Join our team if you're eager to develop your craft in a fast-paced environment that values quality workmanship!
