Automotive Paint Prepper - Collision Center We are a high-volume, process-driven collision center seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Prepper to support our paint department. Compensation & Benefits The Paint Prep Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $22.00. $16.90-$22 per hour (based on experience) Full-time, steady workload Opportunity for growth into painter role Structured, organized shop environment Supportive leadership focused on development and performance 401(K) Paid Vacation & Sick Health, Dental and Vision Basic Life Insurance Accident and Critical Illness insurance What You'll Do Prepare vehicles for paint (masking, sanding, cleaning, priming) Perform proper panel prep to ensure high-quality paint finishes Assist painters with staging and workflow efficiency Maintain a clean and organized prep area Follow OEM procedures and shop standards Support fast, consistent cycle times without sacrificing quality What We're Looking For Previous experience in paint prep or auto body (preferred) Strong attention to detail and work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Team player with a positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and process standards Be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check Must have a valid driver's license
