Professional powder-coating experience required
Experience operating Nordson powder-coating equipment
Knowledge of abrasive blasting and metal surface preparation
Experience with masking, plugging, hanging, and unloading parts
Knowledge of powder application, color changes, and oven-curing procedures
Ability to inspect finished products for proper coverage and quality
Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
Ability to speak English and Spanish is a plus
