  • Professional powder-coating experience required
  • Experience operating Nordson powder-coating equipment
  • Knowledge of abrasive blasting and metal surface preparation
  • Experience with masking, plugging, hanging, and unloading parts
  • Knowledge of powder application, color changes, and oven-curing procedures
  • Ability to inspect finished products for proper coverage and quality
  • Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish is a plus
  • Authorize To Work In The U.S
