- Professional powder-coating experience required
- Experience operating Nordson powder-coating equipment
- Knowledge of abrasive blasting and metal surface preparation
- Experience with masking, plugging, hanging, and unloading parts
- Knowledge of powder application, color changes, and oven-curing procedures
- Ability to inspect finished products for proper coverage and quality
- Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
- Ability to speak English and Spanish is a plus
- Authorize To Work In The U.S
