In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting, auto body repair, and vehicle restoration services with precision and professionalism. Your expertise will help ensure our vehicles are restored to their original condition, providing exceptional service and satisfaction to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive refinishing, surface preparation, and auto restoration to showcase their craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, masking, grinding, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply automotive paint using conventional spraying techniques or airless paint sprayers for smooth, even coverage Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, welding, and panel replacement to restore vehicle integrity Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, and buffing equipment to refine surfaces and achieve a polished finish Conduct repairs as needed while maintaining safety protocols with respiratory protection and surface masking Assist with vehicle detailing, including cleaning, polishing, and finishing touches to enhance overall appearance Collaborate with team members on auto estimating, customer service inquiries, and auto restoration projects to meet deadlines efficiently Qualifications Proven experience or background in automotive body repair and painting preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, and buffing equipment Skilled in welding techniques and surface preparation masking for auto refinishing projects Knowledge of auto painting processes including conventional spraying and airless paint spraying methods Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Prior experience in auto restoration or mechanic work is advantageous but not mandatory Join us in delivering top-tier automotive refinishing services!
