Job Description:

Move Forward with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring multiple Industrial Painter Assistants in San Diego, CA . As a Painter Assistant, you will: Performs cleaning of parts prior to painting, masking, paint preparation, and after proper training performs industrial epoxy painting on simple parts. Cleans, sands, grit blasts, masks, and performs other surface preparations prior to paint application. Applies paint to all specified tolerances in all areas. Removes masking and cleans parts prior to further manufacturing processing. Sets up and operates necessary equipment following established procedures, specifications, oral and/or written instructions. Performs other protective coating processing. Maintain material records and order coating materials to sustain established inventory levels. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.

Schedule:

Monday

• Friday 1st shift
• 6am•2:30pm plus overtime during week and weekends.

2nd shift

• 2pm•10:30pm plus overtime during week and weekends.

The ideal candidate will have:

Painting experience English communication skills Ability to pass a 7-year criminal background check and drug screen, as well as
