This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for high-end vehicles and precision craftsmanship. You will be responsible for painting, refinishing, and color-matching luxury, exotic, and performance vehicles to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality automotive painting and refinishing on exotic and performance vehicles Accurately mix and match paint colors, including custom blends Prep vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, priming, sealing) Apply basecoat, clearcoat, and specialty finishes as required Inspect finished work to ensure showroom-quality results Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with technicians and management to meet timelines and quality expectations
Requirements:
5+ years of professional automotive painting experience Strong experience with color mixing and color matching Experience painting high-end, luxury, or exotic vehicles preferred Knowledge of paint systems, tools, and spray equipment High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional Preferred (but not required): Experience with custom paint, specialty finishes, or restorations Familiarity with performance or exotic car platforms
Compensation & Benefits:
