Robinson Helicopter Company, located in Torrance, CA, is an engineering-focused organization that provides unique, challenging, and exciting opportunities to contribute to the future of vertical flight. We are actively seeking a Prepper-Polisher in our Paint Department, reporting to the Manager of Paint Operations. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Eligible for overtime. Able to understand manufacture mixing instructions Understand the parts and functions of a spray gun Use of gravity feed spray gun Color match and blend when required Repair (minor) dents Spray polyurethane basecoat/pearls Use of pressure feed gun with 2 quart pressure pot Able to properly setup 2 quart pressure pot for spraying Setup fluid delivery, check paint temp, proper spraying technique 3 years experience in aircraft or paint shop Full compliance with the Company's DOT Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program. Regular and predictable attendance.
