By utilizing advanced spray equipment and precise surface preparation techniques, you will ensure that every finished product meets rigorous durability and aesthetic standards. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and priming, to ensure optimal coating adhesion. Achieve precise color matching and finish consistency by expertly mixing industrial-grade paints and varnishes. Operate professional spray equipment to deliver uniform, high-quality protective coatings across various substrates. Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify that all work aligns with technical specifications and project requirements. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization, ensuring all protocols are strictly followed. Perform preventative maintenance on sprayers and related tools to maximize equipment longevity and performance. Coordinate with production teams to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in industrial painting, powder coating, or a related finishing role. Strong proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints and project documentation. Solid understanding of industrial safety standards and OSHA 10-Hour requirements. Physical capability to perform manual labor and handle heavy materials as needed. Preferred Skills Formal vocational training or certification in industrial coatings. Advanced knowledge of various paint chemistry and application techniques. Proven ability to troubleshoot and calibrate complex spray equipment.
