Coatings Specialist Job Description We are seeking a Coatings Specialist with NACE Level II certification to join our team. This is a hands-on production role that requires a team leader who can also demonstrate management skills within a manufacturing or industrial painting environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team in a production setting. Perform sandblasting, painting, and spray painting tasks. Apply coatings to structural steel in a steel mill environment. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols. Essential Skills NACE Level II Coating Inspector Certification Experience in sandblasting and industrial painting Proficiency in spray painting and coating applications Background in structural steel and steel mill environments Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a team leadership role Some management skills within a production environment Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gibsonton, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
