We are a rapidly expanding painting and pressure washing company that is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Painting and Pressure Washing Technicians. Responsibilities:

• Execute painting and pressure washing tasks with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding as required.
• Apply paint, stain, or sealant using brushes, rollers, or sprayers to achieve desired results.
• Utilize pressure washing equipment to effectively clean and maintain various surfaces.
• Assist in the setup and preparation of job sites, including covering furniture and protecting surrounding areas, taping and masking.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Maintain equipment and tools in optimal working condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any inquiries or concerns.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in painting and/or pressure washing is preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to train motivated individuals who possess a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to acquire new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
