We deliver a factory-like, custom finish directly to our customers' homes, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency. Job Overview We are looking for an EXPERIENCED, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Cabinet Painter / Spray Finish Technician to join our team. Experience with HVLP, airless, or other spray systems is a plus. Responsibilities Prepare cabinet surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and surface preparation to ensure optimal paint adhesion Operate airless paint sprayers, spray guns, and other finishing equipment with precision and care Apply primer, paint, stain, clear coat, and other cabinet finishes Spray cabinet doors and drawer fronts with smooth, even coverage Inspect finished pieces for quality, coverage, texture, runs, dust, and defects Perform touch-ups and corrections as needed Skills Cabinet refinishing or repainting experience a must Knowledge of primers, coatings, stains, sealers, and topcoats Experience with color matching or stain matching Ability to maintain a clean finish environment Strong eye for detail and quality control •This is a full-time job with pay based on experience.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
